Should spells behave differently in PvP so that skills balanced for PvE don't
have to also be balanced for PvP?
Should there be a third spec specifically for
battlegrounds and arenas?
Many often complain that their PvE spell will get
nerfed because of an imbalance against other players.
Separating skills and
talents so that balance could be achieved in PvP without affecting the balance
in PvE seems like a good idea on the face of it,
but would be quite a bit of
hard work on Blizzard's side and I'm not sure what the other ramifications would
be.
